Secure Registration

At Patients Rising, we want to hear what you have to say. When we ask for your input, we sometimes get input from unwanted persons, places, or things (like bots). That's why we take this step prior to sending you to the survey, so we can verify you are a real person.

We also believe in protecting your privacy and Personal Identifiable Information (PII). So, once we verify you are a real person, we will cut the connection between this Secure Registration and your responses to any survey. This makes the survey results completely anonymous. 

We will store the information you give us and may use it to contact you about other relevant opportunities, but we will never share your information with anyone else, ever.
